Returns

All returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the purchase date of the item(s) to be considered for an exchange or refund. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 30 days of original purchase,will not be exchanged or refunded.
Our product refund requests will only be considered if the respective item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nutraceutical Bio Hemp Inc, PO Box 738, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost, procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at NBHemp Inc. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Nutraceutical Bio Hemp Inc (NBHemp™) accepts orders 24-hours a day, 7-days a week through our online store. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our office in San Diego, California via USPS.

Nutraceutical Bio Hemp Inc (NBHemp™) ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends. Orders made on holidays will be processed on the next business day
